It’s best to choose an entrance that is high traffic and doesn’t feature any carpet or furniture that could get wet and muddy. If no such entrance exists, rearrange furniture so that there is more space for getting dry when people come in from the storm.

Mud that is tracked inside usually originates from bare patches of dirt in a natural grass lawn. If you limit these surfaces with plant ground covers you will also limit the amount of mud that can be brought inside. Ground cover plants are also a great investment in creating a more natural, inviting backdrop for your business.
